impact of different levels of prebiotic (bactocel) and prebiotic (a-max) and its combination in diets on growth, nutrition and deterrence of fry (onocorhynchus mykiss)

this study was conducted to evaluate the effect of probiotic bactocell, a-max and inflammatory breast prebiotic mixture of these two compounds on growth, feed and larval survival of rainbow trout (oncorhynchus mykiss) conducted for 84 days. testing a randomized complete block design consisting of zero (control), 1.0, and 2.0 grams of probiotic bactocell, 5/1 and 5/2 grams of prebiotic a-max and two doses of antibiotics such as sin (1.0 g + 5.1 g bactocell a-max) and (2.0 g + 2.5 g bactocell a-max) per kg of food rations in the form of seven treatments with three replications was conducted. test sequenced in 21 dimensions (2 × 4/0 × 5/0 m).  the 2100 figures for the number of fish weighing 1/0 ± 100 mg eyed eggs produced by the company aqua land trout farm park branch chosen city and 100 were released in each pond. bioassays were performed every 10 days. at the end of the experiment, growth, feeding and larval survival were calculated using data from bioassays. the results obtained by spss software using anova and duncan were analyzed by the test separator. according to the results, the highest final body weight, body weight gain, percentage of body weight, specific growth rate, protein efficiency ratio and biomass in treatments containing 1.0 kg and bactocell from mixing antibiotics bactocell 1/0 +5/1 amax in the diet were observed. the survival rate among treatments 1/0/2  bactocell and sin bactocell 1/0 +5/1 amax were found containing antibiotics and other treatments that are meaningful descendants (p <05).
